inverted reflection in wine glass Wine and Beer

Café in Chiswick

Through a glass
darkly I see

that I can't comprehend
the depths.

The only way
is through.

Then what?
What's next?

Don't imagine.
Again I sit alone

surrounded by friends.
No-one can reach down

and yet somewhere
I feel the touch of healing.
